I don't care one bit. I want the one that will bring the best financial return for the least amount of risk, effort and stress. The variability of any given property regarding condition and price, is as great or greater than which asset class it is in. That said my current knowledge is in SFH. Which means a learning curve has to be taken into account if I consider one of the others.
