Handstands
I'm kinda struggling with handstands. How do you get over the fear of being upside down? Also what are some good shoulder/arm exercises you guys would recommend?

@Stefan N Yo thank you bro. I've gotten over the fear of being upside down now, and can do 3 handstand pushups with a spotter. I'm figuring out how to balance now
Handstand tips pls
I've been practicing a few calisthenics skills for a few weeks now, and I'm noticing significant improvement, (much more endurance, stamina, better cardio, etc.) And I've mastered most of the beginner skills, (frog stand, crow pose, elbow lever, L/Y sit) and can hold them for a decent amount of time. Main things I'm struggling with is balance (for frog and crow pose) and I keep leaning too far. I can do two hspu (with a spotter) but I can't BALANCE. I need genuine tips on how to balance because that's my only problem so far.
