Deal or No Deal??
This 3 bed 1 bath house has an asking price of $130k Assuming the Rent is $1500 per month, is this a good deal? What do you guys think?

Not a good deal. Not enough cash flow after taking out 30% and paying the mortgage . In fact it could be a negative every month .
