This might sound stupid but I just want to know ICM (Interpretable Context Methodology) is a workflow framework that structures AI agent tasks using numbered folders and markdown files instead of complex multi-agent code frameworks. It’s a way to organize AI work. Key words using some sort of ai agent (Claude Gemini etc). Would it be possible to create a python script that does icm but take away the ai agent?? create something like icm_framework.py — a lightweight implementation that: 1. Parses workspace structures — discovers stages from numbered folders (01-research, 02-analysis, etc.) 2. Reads stage contracts — parses CONTEXT.md files into structured inputs, process steps, outputs, checkpoints, and audits 3. Resolves inputs — automatically locates files from previous stages, config directories, or user-provided sources 4. Handles section scoping — extracts only relevant sections from markdown files (e.g., “Voice Rules” section) 5. Executes pipelines — runs stages sequentially and writes outputs to the correct output/ directories

The website pretty much done. It just needs to do a couple more weeks. We got the payment system two different amounts for the customers then other admit. The payment system works. hey so question it took me a week to plan this out how valuable would this be if i build this Nebula Mind uses Jake Van Clief’s ICM as the operating system of the agent itself.
