Today was the third day into the course and already seeing the difference little by little, now I think more about elevation, body position, over-direction than i did before and i can tell you that its been very helpful.

things gets better and easier the understanding also now every word that @nathshapes make sense, this man is a genius 🔥. Little bit of focus of the top part I think I’ll get it the next time I had to read the Manual 💎 to clarify some basics and techniques.
