When you’re trying to improve as a barber, what do you feel slows you down the most? Not the answer that sounds the best. The real thing that makes you feel like your progress is moving slower than it should. We’re asking because the community is being improved, and we want to understand where people are actually getting stuck. The goal is not to throw more random content at everyone. The goal is to build a better learning experience for barbers who are serious about sharpening their craft.

One thing I’ve noticed after teaching barbers for years is that most people don’t struggle because they lack access to information. There are more tutorials, courses, breakdowns, and haircut videos online than ever before. The problem is that most barbers are trying to learn everything at once, without a clear idea of what actually matters for where they are right now. That’s where progress starts to slow down. You watch more content, save more videos, and pick up more ideas, but behind the chair, it can still feel like you’re guessing. You know you’re learning, but you don’t always feel like your work is moving forward the way it should. That’s something we’ve been thinking about a lot. This community was never meant to become another place where content gets uploaded and forgotten. The goal is to help barbers understand the craft better, build real confidence, and actually know what to focus on next. Over the next few days, you’re going to start seeing some changes inside the community. The way you learn here is about to become more focused, more useful, and a lot easier to navigate. More soon.

First, I need to apologise for my inactivity in here, The main PRINCIPLES program has been taking up my time to make sure all members are getting incredible results It is working! 3 barbers have already taught their first class within 2 months of joining One of them has only been cutting for about 8 months total, and he taught his first class at the barber school where he learned! So, now we're getting consistent results for our members, it is time to bring some time back here and give you a lot more than you are getting right now We have some really exciting things being built in the background - I can't say too much right now - but it is going to transform EVERYTHING!
