Revenue "Cycling"
Too often we delay our understanding of our businesses' financial health until halfway through the next month. That's like training for a triathlon without a HR monitor, calorie tracker, or our overpriced WHOOP subscription. Why would you not want to track your EBITDA data in real time, using organized expense management and clear understanding of your revenue pipeline? Get in touch if you'd like to chat more about what I'm learning to apply to the worlds of home services, manufacturing, and really any space that has a capacity goal to hit and a margin to maintain.

What Type 2 Fun Junkie Are You?
Type two fun. Hell week in Coronado, cold plunges, marathons, and the Tour de France. People that do stuff like that are crazy. But there's usually a mountain of methods to the madness usually attributed to the folks who love endurance sports. I am one of these people, and I've found it to be a great advantage in my business pursuits. If you're interested in this group, odds are that you have waded the depths of basement trainer sweat and spent more on bikes than your daily driver. You may even feel like the main character in an epic story with no friends to join you on your alpine ascents or leg shaving escapades. Well we are here now. Let's start the conversation, grow the culture, and spark a movement of encouraging young people to pursue these activities in world that can no longer define endurance.
