@Amanda Lai Yeaaah Amanda Panda! Glad to hear you are a sponge soaking all the knowledge that you can 🙌 ...Haha Smiling Assassin is 100%% the name. You are one of the few people that I know that smiles while hitting people and whilst getting hit. It's slightly uncomfortable to see 💀😅Keep leveling 💪

@Roshan Mehtab Gilani Hey Rohan, welcome to the start of a new journey. You’ve already got the right mindset of a student. We’ll always be learning if we don’t know anything. This constant pursuit of learning will continue our growth. Head over to the “classroom” tab on the page, and start learning from the “build the foundations” course. Everything is designed to follow on from each other. If you have any questions about the drills or want feedback on your progress. DM me 🙌

This platform speaks to my 18-year-old self… when I used to train Muay Thai to compete I only focused on a few things: run 10-15kms a day, hit the heavy bags/Thai pads and spar as hard as possible. With no real structured drills or idea of other athletic fields: • I would be depleted (poorly fueled (thinking Subway cookies were healthy 🤦🏽‍♂️🍪), • Naïve of my skill set (I never switch kicked 💀), • I was fit but not specifically for competition (I spent more time running 🏃‍♂️than actual striking 👊) and without knowing it… • Developing osteoarthritis due to muscle imbalances (that I'm dealing with today... I’m 34 now wtf 👴). And while it did work somewhat successfully at an amateur level… in hindsight, I know I could have been a better athlete and most importantly enjoyed learning more about Muay Thai as a martial art as I am now. So, what I want Vamos Muay Thai Skool to become is a one-stop platform to cater to those main problem areas. That is, when learning Muay Thai, you have: • Skill: Technical aspect • Mobility: Improving flexibility and injury prevention • Strength and Conditioning: Building power and endurance • Nutrition: Fueling your body correctly As founding members, YOU GUYS, will help us to create a library of videos that will help others too. The good news is that we have two of the four areas already covered, I'm the Skill guy and drum roll please… HARRY IS THE MOBILITY GUY! Please welcome him 👏 Let us know what drills you’d like to learn: • Defense, footwork, sparring, clinching, sweeping etc. And what areas in your flexibility (or lack thereof) needs work: • Hips, shoulders, back, wrist, ankle? Added bonus, this platform will be FREE for you but eventually a paid one for future members. Help me build this community for future ‘teenage Nates’ so that they can start their journey the right way 🙏
