I’ve been on a massive personal journey after making a bold declaration 100+ days ago, been posting daily on my socials mainly LinkedIn and YouTube. Committed to creation not consumption. Produce like a mad man. Putting myself out there. Making connections and friends. The network is growing. The support system is solid. The impact and influence is increasing. Good shit happens when you take bold action and keep at it.

I hope this isn't too long... I saw the bro @Anwar AJ Asmar and got inspired to add a bit more context: I’m on day 105 of a 10-year mission to grow 1000%, build in public, and help others do the same. I’m not just trying to create a coaching business. I’m building the launch pad for a grand life vision to create systemic change, especially for indigenous people and marginalized men. This is about becoming an irreplaceable, irresistible force for good, with future plans to scale into corporate training and packaged frameworks. But for now, I’m staying grounded: helping one person at a time, offering value, and building real trust and proof. Like Alex, I believe in delivering insane value before asking for anything, and I want to serve 100 people before I ever start charging premium prices. But unlike Alex, I’m not in a financial position where I can do this for free forever. I need to find a way to start earning while still serving, striking the balance between generosity and survival. My short-term financial goal is to earn $5,000/month within the next 60–90 days, ideally by helping my first 5–10 clients through a koha-based or low-ticket offer that genuinely transforms their lives. What I bring: - 14 years in tech, mostly as a lone wolf, self-led, adaptable, systems thinker. - 5 years in Toastmasters: award-winning speaker, evaluator, mentor, and coach. - Deep lived experience: navigating mental health, rebuilding identity, growing from adversity. - Coaching rooted in Te Whare Tapa Whā, a powerful Māori health framework, and in storytelling, mindset, and superhero identity work. - Mission: Help indigenous and marginalized men rebuild their lives from the inside out, confidence, habits, identity, mindset, and voice. - Values: authenticity, humility, empathy, truth, growth. I lead with my real story and my real scars. I don’t have a solid offer or niche yet, I just know I can help people who are where I’ve been: lost, laid off, stuck, unsure of who they are or where they’re going. I’m ready to coach, to listen, to challenge, and to serve.
