Nothing is more important than that you love yourself!
Most of us struggle with and make efforts to work on our relationships with other people, with money and so forth. In truth, the struggle that you have with other relationships is borne of the struggle you have in the relationship between you and you. The relationship you have with yourself is the foundation for all other relationships. So tell me, when last did you take the to fix things with your heart? When last did you take time to heal yourself? What will it take to prioritise and love you first? Watch the 3 day accelerator here 👇🏾 to start your journey by getting to understand why this relationship matters so much! The Hidden Reason to Forgive Yourself.
👉 Click this link to book your free, 45-minute, 1-on-1 chemistry session with me One of the most misunderstood ideas in personal growth and therapy is the belief that you need to forgive yourself. People often say, "Why should I forgive myself? I didn't do anything wrong. Other people hurt me." If you've ever thought that, you're not alone. But what if self-forgiveness has nothing to do with taking the blame—and everything to do with setting yourself free? In this video, I'll explain why forgiving yourself isn't about accepting responsibility for what happened to you. Its about strengthening your relationship with yourself and the opportunity to create an unburdened life. 👉 Click this link to book your free, 45-minute, 1-on-1 chemistry session with me

What is on your table?
Book your free 45 minute chemistry session here: https://calendly.com/coach-ignitelifecoaching/45-minute-session When you enter into a relationship, you enter into a co-creative space. A space where you give of yourself to another person, and where you receive the part of them that they choose to give. Even though you are receiving, the intention is not to be a taker. Your primary concern is to give a premium version of yourself—not to demand any particular version of them. When both people focus on bringing their best parts into the relationship, and focus on what they can give instead of what they can take, love happens. Constantly giving without receiving creates emptiness. Constantly taking without giving creates helplessness. Ask yourself: Which part of yourself is your partner receiving? You cannot give to another, what you do not give to yourself. If you're ready to understand yourself more deeply, heal the patterns that affect your relationships, and become more intentional in how you show up, book your free 45 minute audit and action plan that's where the inner work begins.
