Shakespeare and Meisner https://amzn.to/3MWLCtI One of the books I most recommend after Actor's art and craft. Don't be put off by the title - there are a couple of chapters at the back about applying Meisner to Shakespeare, but the rest of it to generally relevant even if that is not what you are doing. The author (who I worked with personally) has a new book coming out in 2026
