I watched your brake setup video today and as a result rotated my levers down quite a bit. I’ll be interested in seeing how this impacts my elbow positioning. I’m hoping this helps me keep them where they should be.

I marked my handle bar width on a pole and marked out my bike foot position on the floor then practiced some butt to berm spear fishing in front of the mirror before my practice session today felt like it made a big difference for me. I’ll take some video tomorrow. Coach Levi, what’s a good size for the blocked turn curve? The one I set up today felt too big.
