What keeps you feeling you?
Hi mamas! What was your go to when you were in the trenches? What was your personal lifeline, a little moment to yourself during the newborn stage? I would LOVE to know! ♥️ Mine was: drinking my coffee, even if it was reheated for the 3rd time, drawing here and there and believe it or not…. Plopping on some mascara and spraying some dry shampoo 😅 I WAS A WHOLE NEW WOMAN! What was yours?! Let’s see it!

My perfectly imperfect introduction video 😅😂
Look… I don’t have patience for tech stuff… nor do I have video editing skills ok 😂 Let’s talk about the reasons I started Mother Squared. ❤️‍🔥 ✨ The first reason is that it’s easy to lose yourself in motherhood, and I want to help you remember that you were a badass before having a baby and you still are. Even if you feel lost, I’m here to help you find your way back to yourself. Or if you are a new mom, prevent you from going down that rabbithole in the first place! ✨ The second reason is that new parents often don’t receive enough information and support when they leave the hospital, leading to anxiety and insecurity. As I’m working on my postpartum doula, breastfeeding educator, and nighttime ritual educator certifications, I want to share my knowledge and help new moms navigate the postpartum period. I believe that I can empower you through education, making you feel more confident in your new role as a mom! ❤️‍🔥 what did you struggle with most as a new mom? I would love to know. Post it in the comments! For me, it was loneliness, since I was in a different country far away from all my family. Still am by the way! I am Belgian, but live in Houston, TX. Due to a previous surgery I was also unable to breast-feed. With my daughter that really made me feel horrible. 💕 In my instagram links (@mother_squared), you can find a link to my new Baby essentials list on Amazon and also a link to this @skool_com platform where I will be housing my courses, coaching calls, and of course, loads of free tips and fun coffee chats! It’s going to be a true COMMUNITY. Where we as moms can come together and exhale. A place to share, laugh, maybe occasionally crash out…. 😅 a place where we know we’ll be understood and not judged for how we feel or where we are at in our journeys. SEE YOU INSIDE⚡️

Hey mamas + soon-to-be mamas!
Welcome to The Mother² Lounge—our cozy corner for real talk, midnight tips, the occasional crash-out and a lot of laughter. Let’s kick things off: 📸 Drop a selfie or a snap of where you usually feed/soothe/rock your little one (or your current “mom cave”). 💬 Share one thing that’s saving your sanity this week—coffee? a 3-minute shower? a song on repeat? No judgment, just swapping survival secrets here! (My secret is on my selfie... a cliche but boy does it hit every time😆)
