As my family continues our military journey in Germany, I am intentionally applying mission, vision, strategic planning, and the power of professional networking to create meaningful opportunities for military spouses and entrepreneurs. 🎉 Here are five exciting updates! 🏛️ 1. White House Correspondence I received correspondence acknowledging my outreach regarding military spouse employment and economic opportunities. This is another step toward bringing awareness to the challenges and opportunities military families experience overseas. 🎤 2. ACT NOW Panel Opportunity I received an invitation to participate in an in-person panel discussion. I’m looking forward to connecting with professionals, sharing perspectives, and exploring meaningful solutions for career development and entrepreneurship. 🤝 3. USO Collaboration Initiative I am exploring collaboration with local United Service Organizations (USO) operations to support military spouse education and entrepreneurship. One of my current projects is developing a Military Spouse Entrepreneur Benefits & Resource Guide, covering Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) considerations, Home-Based Business requirements, professional licensing, community resources, and financial education. 📊 4. Mission, Vision & Strategic Planning Through Luke’s Solutions LLC, I am leveraging certifications, memberships, professional relationships, and technology to build educational pathways and sustainable business opportunities. 🎓 5. School Committee Leadership Another milestone! I created our first school committee meeting agenda and developed an online form to support communication, organization, and community engagement. This is an opportunity to put my Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), technology, and leadership experience into practice.
