Grape fast
Eating only grapes for as long as possible, Concord grapes with the seeds. I am breastfeeding so I’ll be asking my body how long to go . Thee idea is only water tea and grapes, eat whenever I feel called to. Cleanse and connect to God! Ya baby! Who’s in!!!!

It lasted 35 hours! The grapes I had were not ripe. I wanted to get back to raw foods, it’s worked, and now I am transitioning. Good times. Love to cleanse and fast.
