A lot of business owners and nonprofits say they are “applying for grants,” but what they’re really doing is filling forms without a clear process. Grant funding is not luck. It follows steps: preparation, positioning, documentation, and timing. The truth is, many applications fail before they’re even reviewed because the basics were not aligned from the start. That I’m not sure, I would say accountability.. me being prior military I have the SOPs and the systems simply set up - but it’s only gonna work if you use it
