Has anyone that started March 2nd recieved their award letter yet?

How long does it normally take for a human to get back to you? I've been waiting for a week now :(

Jan Cohort here- to give timeline here, 03/10 I signed award letter, 03/19 I signed my disclaimer on the laptop, confirmed address, laptop shipped 14 days and it will have to be signed for upon delivery. As of 2 days ago I received my 1 term disbursement, the date of payment 01/05. Today I got the 2nd one for term 2. So keep in mind if u have done all the requirements only thing left is patience!! I have been sleeping on couches & struggling so I understand the irritation of feeling like your not getting answers. With everything going on with elimination of DEPt of Education and shut downs & legislation changing the laws the delays are expected! So share this with all , expect a month for the disbursement after the date of award letter. I received back pay for term 1 and the term2 is up to date so I'm caught up! Hang in there , good luck with class & we got this!!!🤓💪👾

Apparently Maestro is no longer providing MacBook Air M4. They have pivoted to the MacBook Neo, which I am definitely concerned about. If you aren’t aware, the Neo uses the A18 chip and base model only provides 8gb of ram. This is less than what’s in my IPhone 17 pro max. Kind of disappointed as this is clearly a money saving initiative. The MacBook Air was perfect for what we are doing in regard to specs and cost to the university. Maybe I’m overreacting, but I don’t feel great about this. Let’s use this thread to chat once we start receiving our computers and maybe share what we are doing to make up for the lack of specs.
