I own a cleaning business in NH, it is new and only me right now. I didn’t start this for it to be a side hustle and yes I also work full time. I’m here to learn how to take my business away from being just some extra work… to wow
(Replay In Comment) I Was Scared to Hire One Cleaner. Then I Hired 200.
3 months into starting our Mesa,AZ location we were doing $20,000/month. We had 5 cleaners. I was doing everything in the office: scheduling, selling & hiring. One week I remember offering 2 candidates the job... I was excited about them. I had one more interview that week. She was fine. But nothing that got me excited. I asked @Katie Manzanares for advice. She said: "Hire her." I went from excited to terrified. How was I going to fill 3 cleaners schedules at one time? It was going to be expensive to train 3 people at one time!! Then Katie reminded me... "She probably wont show up anyway." I scheduled an onboarding for 3 cleaners. The 2 candidates I was excited about... never showed up. The one I wasn't excited about.. I got excited that she showed up to onboarding. Today, that cleaner is still with us. Our longest tenured cleaner. Never called out once. That one decision taught me the fear of hiring the wrong person almost cost me building the right business. It almost cost me $16,000/month in profit. All because of fear. Today at 4pm EST on the Road To A Million I'm sharing exactly how I went from that one terrifying hire to 200 cleaners in our Mesa location alone. I'll walk you through the 3 things stopping cleaning business owners from hiring — and the exact job post, interview script, and onboarding process we used to build a $92k/month business in 20 months. 📅 TODAY — Monday, May 18th ⏰ 4:00 PM EST 🔗 Join here: → https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88924559923 See you there. — Logan Manzanares 💪

When is a good time to hire? I am solo right now but I know the only way to scale includes a team
