I am actively pursuing learning how to release store trauma in the body and during a workshop yesterday, something was said that deeply resonated with me, and I want to share it with you. And it was ... The solution doesn't come from a therapist or anyone telling you the solution - the solution comes from the self. In other words, your body is constantly telling you what is needs but we are not trained to listen. In fact, we are trained and conditioned to ignore our body and to rely on our thinking, knowledge, and minds. But if there is anything that I have learned during my healing journey back to regulation, is that my body knows exactly what to do and what it needs, and I have learned to support it. What are your thoughts about listening to your body? Have you have any experience with this?

Hi Frances, welcome to Metamorphosis! I'm so glad you are here. I'm thrilled that the video on nurturing touch resonated with you. I see that you work with educators - as a previous elementary school teacher I have experienced the deep level of dysregulation in the school environment. I too, love to be outside in nature to regain balance in my day. Good for you for taking care of yourself. I am planning on posting more videos in the future along with courses and live workshops. Is there something in particular that you are looking for in your learning journey?
