American Delight
You will know how much you are needed, Natalie, when I tell you that people are discovering the old Mickey D’s fish sandwich! One guy came up with a recipe for dressing it up. “Use mayo rather than tartar sauce. Add a second fish fillet. Add shredded lettuce. Remove the bottom bun. Add seeds to the top bun and toast it lightly. I am sure special orders won’t upset them, amirite?

Hoosier Baker
Nice to be part of an international community. I am a Hoosier for my final chapter. I prefer baking to cooking, which is good since I can only cook a few things well these days. Luckily my husband was a restaurant guy. I joined because I admire and care about Natalie. And I am not afraid to learn something!!
