🧬 Peptide Research Check-In
Different peptides solve different bottlenecks — stacking without knowing which system is limiting usually creates noise, not results. • Retatrutide / Tirzepatide → appetite + glucose signaling • Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin → GH pulse & fat mobilization • MOTS-C → mitochondrial output & energy utilization • BPC-157 / TB-500 → recovery capacity Common stall patterns: šŸ“‰ Appetite crushed but fatigue rises → mitochondria under-supported šŸ“Š Scale drops but waist doesn’t → GH axis not engaged 😓 Fat loss + soreness → recovery signaling lagging Prime Protocol mindset: one constraint, one peptide signal, then observe. Which peptide are you researching right now and what problem are you trying to solve? šŸ‘‡

@Prime Protocol thanks for replaying , I did started to have lower my Reta , it never went above 2 mg any way but I want to kind of give it a breaks for a few month , and I think it’s Reta gives me no motivation and low energy, 1 mg my appetite seems like improved but I don’t snack or look too much for sweeties, which was the idea when I started Reta, sweets are my downfall šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ I am at the end of Mots cycle, didn’t feel anything but my calorie intake were too low , so I added Semax and Ss31 , and NAd! Is it ok to finish mots but keep going with Ss31, Nad, Semax plus I want to add Gluthathione and snap8? I plan to restart Mots in October but I also want to restart Reta , I’m afraid it will gives me drop in energy again ?!

@Prime Protocol thank you! I will think about it, as I’m not looking for weight reduction … I was decline treatment GLP-1 officially as didn’t meet criteriaā€¦šŸ¤£ but I want to try them
NAD + & MOTS C
Has anyone tried this combination Nad+ & Mots C?

I read first Ss31 to clean up dead mitochondria’s , then Mots and Nad… unfortunately I have done first mots then started a bit later Nad and Ss31 …. Not sure I’m I feeling anything yet!
🧬 If You Could Only Keep ONE Peptide, What Would It Be & Why?
Real question for the community — no right or wrong answers here. šŸ‘‡ Imagine your whole protocol gets cut down to a single compound. Everything else is gone. What do you keep, and why? Think about it in terms of: • What gave you the most noticeable impact? • What would your body suffer most without? • What would you miss the most research-wise? Drop your answer below with ONE sentence of context. The pattern of answers will tell us a LOT about what this community values most. šŸ‘‡ Comment below — I'll reply to every single one. 🧬

I’m not sure but seems like KGlow… it’s good for your look and also healing an injury.. I have a pain in my shoulder for 5 years, lifted weight which I have not been ready to lift, so one cycle of KGlow, I think my shoulder less painful, haven’t notice in the skin any changes šŸ™„
