Daily Writing Ritual ✍️
So, this time around writing a book, I've found a heck of a lot more inner blocks that have come up! The book that I'm writing at the moment is emotionally draining! 😞 I feel like my energy is being sucked out some of the days when I'm working on it. This wasn't this intense when I wrote my other books. 📚 Since I've had a lot of days where I avoided writing or working on my book, I've now found some great tools that help me! For instance, turning writing into a ritual! ✍️ Now, before I start writing or working on my book daily, I do the same routine. 🔥 First off, around the same time, I go to the place that I've turned into my writing nook (my office space). 🔥 I stare up at my why that I printed out and put on the wall. 🔥 Then, I light a candle. 🔥 After that, I take three deep breaths. 🔥 Some days I play calming music. 🔥 Lastly, I put my hand on my heart and I say, "I'm here. I'm ready." I can see that this has a huge impact on me getting into a good mindset to write, even when the story feels like it's going to shatter my heart into a million pieces!! What do YOU do to help you stay consistent with writing? 📕 If you don't do anything yet, you can use mine, modify it or make it more your own!! ❤️ We are here to help one another with the writing process! ✍️

@Dani Rosenblad James I just set a timer and start of with "what's top of mind" and just go from there.
Creative Workspace PEEK! 👀
So, I'm a curious person! I like to learn more about others and a great way to learn more about someone is to see what their workspace looks like! This would be the place that you use most often when it comes to working on your book. It could be a place on a couch, in a kitchen, or in an office space. Even in a public place that has turned into your writing sanctuary. The place that you have chosen should help you get into the flow of writing. It should be a place that you feel safe and you can open up. Now, not everyday is easy to write, I get that! But it's good to have a place that you use frequently to help trigger your brain to know when you get into this spot, it's writing time! ✍️ To make it easier to turn writing into a routine, start doing this the same time daily or specific days out of the week! It takes about 21 days to create a habit! So, stay consistent and it will become easier to get into the flow of writing! ✍️ You can do it! 👍 Okay, let's get back to our writing space. Please share a picture of your writing place! I want to see and I bet others do too! Plus, doing this is something that you can do on social media as well to pique the interest of your audience. They'll be curious to learn what you are writing! ✍️ It's a win-win when you share a pic of your writing spot!! Below are my pics of my space! Let's see yours too!

The Blank Canvas
A year ago… I was on my knees, still, breath shallow, heart pounding so loud I could hear it echoing in my skull. For a second, I thought—this is it. I thought I was going to die… and my life didn’t flash before my eyes. There was nothing. No proud moment. No joy. Just a blank canvas. And guilt. Crushing, quiet guilt. That’s when I said to myself, “I’m gonna figure it out.” A year ago, I was lost. No real tangible goals, no real purpose. Just drifting. Going through the motions, distracted, and to be honest—I sucked at sales. Couldn’t close, couldn’t focus, and most of all, I didn’t believe in myself. After that moment, I was determined. But the world didn’t change overnight. For eight months, I worked, learned, and failed. No real wins. Just a lot of trying and falling short, but that built in me a mountain of grit. Then 4 months ago, I started working with Chris. That was a turning point. He didn’t just teach me sales—he taught me how to believe in my worth, how to connect, how to serve people, not sell to them. Now, just three months later, I’m relentless. I’m versatile. I show up every day with purpose and confidence. I’ve learned how to listen, how to lead, and most importantly—how to live with integrity. I used to avoid mirrors. Now I meet my own eyes, and I like who I see. I still think about that blank canvas sometimes. And I smile—because I’m painting it now. One honest stroke at a time. Would love some feedback on this short storytelling inspired by Matthew Dicks. PEACE & LOVE Naseef

📝 Announcing: The 30-Day Story Challenge in JUNE!
This writing challenge will be happening in June! Are you ready to make space for your voice — one day at a time? For 30 days, we’ll show up to the page. 📕 Remember, it's not to be perfect, but to be present. This is inspired by Storyworthy by Matthew Dicks, the lovely @Edi Brzęczyszczykiewicz who introduced this book to me, and the power of memory-based writing, this challenge is designed to help you: ✨ Build a daily writing habit ✨ Tap into small, storyworthy moments from your life ✨ Create raw material for your memoir, essays, or personal growth ✨ Reflect on what you're learning and remembering each day Each day, you’ll fill out a simple writing map that includes: - A moment or memory that stood out - A daily prompt or theme to explore - What you wrote, what you felt, and what you learned - Optional notes for your book or bigger writing vision No pressure. This is just a simple way to witness yourself and your words through writing. ✍️ The people who do this daily will receive a meaningful prize — more details soon 🌿 Ready to join us? Drop a YES in the comments so that we know ALL who are interested in this! I'll post more about this once it's June! So, this is for you if your stories are tugging at you and they are waiting to be heard. Let’s write and support one another! ❤️ Here's a link to the document I created to help you track your writing during June!
