Could you be a little more specific about your doubt? If its just about inviscid flow, then it means that the flow is assumed to have 0 viscosity. Meaning that there are no shear stresses or friction within the layers of the fluid. However, this cannot be considered near solid/wall regions as boundary layer forms, as it depends on viscosity. To answer your question about changing viscosity, it is self explanatory. If you increase viscosity, of course it will be a dominant factor in case of low Reynolds number.
