Good morning all I'm not a musician. I'm one of those persons who stand behind or in front of the musicians helping them during a concert. I'm retired now but still active as a light designer in a club in Germany. I meet a lot of band or artists there and it's a joy to see and talk with them. But I understand the struggle to make a living from this piece of art is very hard.
