A New Gentle Sleep Meditation for 3am Waking
Hello Beautiful Soul, I’ve just added a new sleep meditation to the Sleep & Deep Rest section called Sleep Meditation for Waking at 3am. This practice was created with so much care for those quiet early hours when you wake in the night and sleep feels just out of reach. When the body is tired but the mind is suddenly awake, it can feel so frustrating and lonely. This meditation is here to offer a soft place to land. It’s a gentle space to help your body feel held, your mind become quieter, and your nervous system slowly settle back into rest.
