I have created this group to teach life-saving skills, such as CPR, first aid, or emergency response, is primarily driven by the need to increase bystander intervention rates, boost confidence in emergencies, and remove geographical or financial barriers to training. This group aims to democratize essential knowledge, ensuring more people can act immediately to improve survival rates before professionals arrive.

The worst prison in the world is a fractured mind without peace. Be careful of who you let in your energetic space & be meticulous of who you keep in your life. People will come & drain the fuck out of your energy, then leave & blame it all on you once the damage is done. Guard your mental frequency but more importantly, guard your heart. Invest your time into people who reciprocate your energy. Protect your peace because when you’re not at peace, you’re at war with yourself mentally.
