Hello, I’m Nandini | Exploring leadership beneath the surface
Hello, I’m Nandini. I work with working professionals who want to create healthier progress in their careers, relationships, financial confidence, and work-life balance. The area I keep exploring is the layer beneath visible behaviour: the belief, emotion, identity, or unspoken expectation that shapes how we lead and respond. I use a simple Iceberg approach to turn those patterns into practical choices rather than self-judgment. I’m looking forward to learning how members here practise heart-centred leadership in ordinary moments, especially during difficult conversations, changing priorities, and seasons of uncertainty. One question I’m carrying into this community: What helps a leader stay encouraging without avoiding necessary clarity?
Momentum
Momentum is easier to keep than to build from scratch. That's why consistency, even small and unglamorous steps, often beats intensity. What's a habit that's kept your momentum going, even in slow periods?

A useful habit is to define a minimum viable action before the week becomes busy. On a slow day, one paragraph, one conversation, or ten focused minutes can still preserve continuity. Reviewing that small action at the same time each week keeps consistency from depending entirely on mood.
Those hard conversations
The hardest conversations as a leader are usually the ones that matter most. Avoiding them doesn't make the problem smaller — it just makes it quieter for a while. What helped you get more comfortable having a difficult conversation?

Difficult conversations become easier when the purpose is clear before the wording is polished. Writing down the observable fact, its impact, and one specific request helps keep the discussion from becoming a verdict on the person. It also helps to ask, “What am I missing from your perspective?” before agreeing the next step.
