I love that I am noticing my behavior and reactions to my life. The other day I was at the small community gym. I have a workout routine. There were 2 women that were using all the free weights I usually use. They were listening to a recording complete with a countdown 3 2 1 rest - then off the to next exercise or set. After 20 minutes I thought "Oh, what the heck they are not done yet." I gave up and walked out of the gym. I noticed how easily I gave up on myself. When I thought about it I wondered why I did not ask them to share the weights or ask how much longer they would be. No, I gave up. Which made me think where else do I give up on myself instead of asking for what I want.
