Welcome to Inner Act
Most people arrive here thinking they need motivation, clarity, or a plan. That’s not what Inner Act is for. Inner Act exists for people who already know what needs to change but haven’t moved yet. Not because they’re lazy or afraid, but because they’re protecting an old definition of safety. Psychologically, safety doesn’t stay still. It updates through experience. That’s what we explore here. This space is not a program. It’s not a course. It’s not a performance (well, not in the sense of incluencer culture). It’s a place to: - observe patterns without fixing them - test small changes without pressure - participate at your own pace - or quietly lurk while you decide what’s next In 2026, this work culminates in Iter8 an 8-week experience built around one idea: Safety doesn’t operate stagnantly. It iterates. Inner Act is where that thinking lives first. You don’t need to introduce yourself ( unless you want to) You don’t need to commit. You don’t need to “keep up.” Just be here. P.S. Need more clarity on your community member style so you don't feel like you have be something else? I got choooo

I know it's been uber quiet in here - I am working on making some noise. In the meantime, in between time, this is a check-in. How are you, where are you, who are you in this season? For me, this too shall pass, I am in a transition period, teetering on divorce, in this season I am, not strong, I am aware. I'm tired of being "strong" and I choose to be aware - aware of my choices, how they impact me and the choices I make based on the impact. That's it. How about you?

🚨 New Program Announcement: IterEight
Iter8: Stop Repeating. Start Iterating. 🗓 Begins 1/8/2026 IterEight is an 8-cycle live identity reset for people who are done reliving the same year in different fonts and are ready to choose differently on purpose. IterEight is built on one principle: Change happens through iteration, not pressure. Over eight cycles, we’ll work through: - Interrupting patterns you already recognize - Practicing decision-making from a new internal position - Rehearsing identity through action, not talk - Building momentum without burnout - Leaving with a repeatable process you can use again Why 8? Eight represents cycles, power, and renewal. Turn it sideways and it becomes infinity. This is intentional. If you’ve been circling the same decisions, postponing the same changes, or telling yourself “later,” this is your moment. You don’t stumble into a new identity. You step into it. More details and registration coming shortly. Stay tuned.

My Expressive Therapies Platform is LIVE - sort of...
Hey everyone, After years of working on this idea, I finally built Inner Act (name will probably change) and you're getting early access. What it is: A platform for self-guided expressive therapy exercises. Music, art, and drama therapy techniques you can do from home. Expressive therapies are one mental health modality that is not understood or easily accessible for adults or children. Talk therapy doesn’t always work. Sometimes your body knows something your mind can’t explain yet. Sometimes you need to move, create, or make sound before words make sense. I’ve seen the impact firsthand on children at Los Padrinos, on students in special ed, and on adults who thought they’d “tried everything.” I’ve been working on this idea for years, and the advancement of AI finally made it possible to bring it to life. And now I want to share it with you. What’s inside: Music Therapy – Curated playlists and guided exercises Art Therapy – A sound-to-art canvas where your voice becomes visuals Drama Therapy – Eleven embodiment practices for regulation and expression How it works 1. Take a 3-question assessment 2. Get a personalized exercise based on how you’re feeling 3. Do it — five to thirty minutes, no materials needed Inner Act is not live publicly yet. You’re getting early access because you’re part of this community. Visit: https://id-preview--8f089a10-1d42-48ff-8877-be3d39db70be.lovable.app/ Use code: SKOOL for free, unlimited beta access. Please don't share this code publicly. I need feedback from people who understand the work I’m doing here. Try the exercises and tell me: - What worked? - What felt off? - What’s missing? - Would you actually use this when you're anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed? You can comment here or DM me. Inner Act is part of my Finish That Thing™ Ecosystem — it’s the emotional regulation piece. Where this is going: If the beta goes well, I’m planning: - Live group sessions - In-person workshops - Corporate wellness offerings - Certification training for facilitators

We're Baaaaack
And when I say “we,” I mean me and my two brains. We have returned. Not triumphant, not glorious, not carried in by a choir of angels just walking back in like somebody who forgot their keys. Anxiety is a helluva drug, but fear not, I’ve found the antidote: Prozac. Just kidding. The only way through is… through. There are no secret tunnels, no trap doors, no emergency exits. You crawl. You march. You drag yourself past the mess you created and the mess that found you anyway. And for me, that means facing the things I keep running from like a roach when the lights flip on. I’m back, and this time, I know it’s for real. Like Donna Summer. Has anyone else felt like this? Overwhelmed. Anxious. Stressed. Unsupported. And you can’t afford to call 9-1-1 on yourself like that one lady did? Yes, she called 9-1-1 on herself. The overwhelm was that real. The kids, the exhaustion, the everything. Now, I wasn’t that dramatic, but I did make my husband drive me to the hospital seven months after I had our youngest because I genuinely felt like shutting down the whole operation. Those were the best 9 days of my life. A war retreat. A ceasefire. A hospital vacation where the nurses became the United Nations and my brain finally signed a peace treaty with me. Churchill said, “If you’re going through hell, keep going.” I say: If you’re going through hell, walk your ass into the ER and get some apple juice and a warm blanket. Thus, we march onward. Not fearlessly. Not gracefully. Just forward because forward is the only direction left. So, I'm back. Figuring out how to move forward in my anxiety and using my own drama therapy techniques to boot. I know, sharing is caring. Stay tuned
