ITIN AND TAX RETURNS
Hello Everybody, I have a confusion going on in my mind. As a foriegner we don't have any US tax liability and we just file 1120 & 5472. If I get an ITIN by sending the w7 and 1040NR to the IRS and next year I have to file the tax return, I still have to file the 1120 & 5472 or the 1040NR and schedule forms too? Does ITIN snatch this oppurtunity from me to be non-tax liable as a foriegner?
Wise asking for a proof of address
Recently I received an email from Wise asking for a proof my trading address, I'm not a US resident so I put my country home address as my trading address since that's when I do most of my work, I send them my passport as proof but I received another email asking for a proof with my business name on it, anyone have the same problem if so how you managed to solve it?

Clarification!
Hey All, I hope you all are doing great. I have watched many videos of Mr.James Baker where he is saying if you don't have any operations in US and employees, you aren't liable to pay the tax to the US government. I have 2 businesses as a non resident I want to confirm If I am liable to pay taxes? 1) I have a single member LLC and providing Amazon Brand Management Services, no employess, no operations in US. I receive payments through stripe, wise and payoneer. Do I have to pay in the case even If my revenue is $200k+ ? 2) I have another single member LLC. I sell on Amazon and i receive orders from almost every state and I also have a sales tax permit. I also work with a 3PL in Texas for my logistics. Let's say I make $700k per year, do i have to pay the tax in this case"? Looking forward to your answers. Thanks in advance.

@James Baker Hey james, I would appreciate your time on this.
An LLC on a student F1 visa
Hi everyone, I am an international Egyptian student on an F1 visa. I just started my IT offshore outsourcing services business as an LLC. From my knowledge, technically from an immigration perspective, I should not be working on the US, which is the case. Most of the business operations are done by other people offshore. And from an IRS perspective, I should not pay taxes since it is not a US trader business since the services are performed offshore. Meanwhile, I have a SSN and part-time campus job. I watched a video of James talking how is it a complicated for a foreign LLC owned by a student in the US since it will be a trader business by somehow. Quite did not understand it. How would me being the owner of the LLC a student in the US make it a US trader business ? Correct me if I am wrong, I cant get an ITIN since I already have a SSN. How would it work out separating paying taxes for my part-time student employment and not paying so for my LLC offshore-operated earned income?
