Hard Money Strategy
Hey @Nick Legamaro are you no longer using the Hard Money Strategy to take down your deals? What are the cons you are seeing to using this strategy in this current market? Im seeing HM interest rates are more competitive now then some PM interest rates.

Hey Greg, I think it only becomes available once you reach Level 2, which you have to get 5 points/likes to get there. Working on my likes now so I can check it out too. Lol I think a live masterclass is scheduled for February as well. I have tons of questions!!!
