🌸✨ Sunday Soul Nourishment Circle ✨🌸
Happy Sunday, beautiful souls. 💜 Today is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe and check in with yourself. We spend so much of our time giving, doing and caring for others that it’s easy to forget that our own soul needs a little nurturing too. So take a quiet moment today and ask yourself: 🌿 What do I need more of? 🌿 What can I gently release? 🌿 What would make my soul smile today? Maybe it’s rest. Maybe it’s a walk in nature. Maybe it’s pulling a card, journaling, meditating or simply sitting quietly with a cup of tea. ☕✨ There is no right or wrong way to nourish your soul. Choose one small thing today that feels good for YOU. 💗 And remember, you don’t have to walk this journey alone. This Circle is here for connection, encouragement and a little soulful support along the way. 🦋 What is your soul asking for today? Come share with us below. 🌸

👣 Friday Footprints .... The “I Should Have Said Something” Mistake 😬
Have you ever replayed a conversation in your head approximately 47 times afterwards? "I should have said this…" "Why didn't I say that?" "I could have explained it better!" And then you have the imaginary conversation in the shower, in bed and while making dinner. 😂 I've learned that keeping everything bottled up to avoid rocking the boat doesn't actually create peace. It creates an emotional pressure cooker. 🫣 Sometimes we stay quiet because we don't want to upset someone. Sometimes we're afraid they'll misunderstand. Sometimes we're worried about being “too much.” But honest communication doesn't have to mean confrontation. We can speak kindly. We can speak calmly. We can explain how we feel without attacking someone else. And sometimes clearing the air is exactly what allows us to breathe again. 💜 I've learned that saying what needs to be said respectfully is usually much healthier than having an entire imaginary argument with someone who isn't even in the room! 😂 👣 Have you ever stayed quiet when you wish you'd spoken up? ✨ What did that experience teach you about communication or boundaries? Share only what you're comfortable sharing. We're here to learn, not judge. 💜

🌿✨ Saturday Sacred Healing: Caring for Your Spiritual Self ✨🌿
We talk so much about looking after our bodies and our minds, but how often do we stop and ask… “How is my spirit feeling?” 💜 Our spiritual selves need care too. Sometimes we become so busy caring for everyone else, managing responsibilities and simply getting through the day that we forget to nourish the part of us that connects us to our inner wisdom, intuition and sense of peace. Spiritual self care doesn’t have to be complicated. It might be sitting quietly with a cup of tea and listening to your intuition. Lighting a candle and creating a peaceful little space. Pulling a card and asking, “What do I need to hear today?” Walking outside and allowing yourself to reconnect with nature. Journaling what your heart has been trying to tell you. Meditating for five minutes. Or simply closing your eyes, taking a deep breath and reminding yourself: “I am allowed to slow down. I am allowed to receive. I am allowed to rest.” 🌸 And sometimes spiritual self care means stepping away from things that drain your energy. Not every conversation needs your response. Not every problem needs you to fix it. Not everyone needs access to your energy. Protecting your peace is part of caring for your spirit too. 🕯️ Today, I invite you to give yourself a little spiritual nourishment. Ask yourself: ✨ What brings my spirit peace? ✨ What has been draining my energy? ✨ What does my intuition want me to notice? ✨ What small act of spiritual self care can I give myself today? Remember, you cannot pour endlessly from an empty cup. Your spirit deserves tending too. 💗 So today, choose one small thing that makes your soul exhale. You deserve that moment. 🌿💜 What will you do today to nourish your spiritual self? Blessed Be

@Susan Johnson I've started a journal to try and capture mood, foods, inputs and outputs to see if I can notice any patterns or lead ups to feeling tired Time to pour into my cup and when I journal it gives me a moment to check in with myself
🌸 Thursday Thankfulness Thank Yourself Too 🌸
When was the last time you stopped and thanked yourself? Not for what you achieved. Not for what you accomplished. But simply for continuing. For getting back up after the hard days. For trying again when you wanted to give up. For learning from your mistakes. For protecting your peace. For choosing to keep growing. For being there for yourself when you needed you most. 💜 We can be incredibly generous with gratitude toward other people while forgetting that we deserve some of that kindness too. So today, place your hand over your heart and say: ✨ Thank you for everything you've carried. ✨ Thank you for everything you've survived. ✨ Thank you for continuing to become who you are meant to be. You don't have to be perfect to be worthy of appreciation. You are allowed to celebrate yourself exactly where you are. 💜 What is something about yourself you're genuinely grateful for today? Let's celebrate each other in the comments. Blessed Be Susan

✨ Tuesday Tips for Newbies | Feel Before You Read ✨
When you pull a Tarot or Oracle card, do you immediately reach for the guidebook? Try something different this week. 💜 Before looking up the traditional meaning, spend a few moments simply feeling the card. Ask yourself: 🌙 What do I notice first? 🌙 What emotion does this card create? 🌙 Which symbol or image catches my eye? 🌙 What thought pops into my mind? 🌙 If this card could speak, what would it say? Your first impression is worth listening to. You don't need to have years of experience to begin developing your intuitive relationship with your cards. The guidebook gives you a foundation. Your intuition helps bring the message to life. 🃏 Give it a try today and write down your impressions BEFORE checking the meaning. Then pop into the Classroom and explore our courses to help you build your confidence and strengthen your intuitive card reading skills. What did your card whisper to you today? 🔮💜
