True meditation to me is nothing more than coming back to your Self, it’s a relaxing of the assumptions and habitual tendencies we have. We will start our meetings with such a moment of relaxation, i’ve created a gentle reminder and insight as to how we can approach these meditations. Right now my main challenge is muscular pains due to having forced my body over it's limits last year by working in horeca & renovating a boat simultaneously. Drawing from various modalities, with guidance we anchor presence back into the body, shifting attention away from mental overactivity and habitual external patterns, giving space to receive life and its magic again. Tension Therapy works with the body’s innate intelligence to restore the natural rhythm inherent in all life on earth. 🎶 A live soundjourney hosted by @Thao Quyen Ha Thi - open to everyone in June, afterwards, part of the premium tier A monthly soundjourney is a 45–60 minute guided live session. It is designed as a space to slow down, reflect, and move through inner experience with awareness. You can see this as a small ritual, a moment to make space for whatever is alive in you. Something that may need attention, care, or simply a place to be witnessed. We arrive together, name a gentle intention (a transition, a feeling, a question), then move into a guided field of sound, voice, and silence, no performing, no “right way,” just staying present with what arises. Afterward we sit in a few moments of quiet to let it settle, then open a reflection circle where you can share or simply listen. We close by grounding together, so you leave more connected, clear, and carried by the presence of the group.
