Welcome to Day 4: Capacity💪
So many of us pray for more opportunities, more influence, and more impact. But today's lesson asks a different question: Are you becoming the person who can carry what you're praying for? Confidence isn't about doing more. It's about growing your capacity to lead with wisdom, healthy boundaries, and purpose. 💭 Today's Challenge: Think about one area where you feel stretched right now. Ask yourself, "What capacity is this building in me?" Then share one boundary or habit you'll strengthen to protect your peace and prepare for what's next. We're not just building confidence. We're building the capacity to sustain it. Own Your Story. Shift the Energy. Command the Room.

What a great reminder! We pray for Gof to enlarge our territory, but then we balk at the pain of growth and enlargement. Facing the stretch is what keeps us from sabotaging our progress
Welcome, Champions! 👋
I'd love to get to know you. Please introduce yourself by sharing: ✨ Where you're from ✨ What you do ✨ One area where you want to become more confident ✨ One goal you're working toward this year Let's encourage one another throughout this journey! I'll go first... Aloha, Champions! I'm Nakisha, originally from Columbia, South Carolina, and I now call Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi home. 🌺 I'm a U.S. Navy Veteran, currently working in Behavioral Health, and I'm also earning my degree in Mass Communication. My long-term goal is to become a Professor of Business, where I can teach, mentor, and help develop the next generation of leaders. One area where I want to become more confident is branding myself. My background is in public relations, so I've always found it easy to help clients build their brands. Now I'm intentionally learning to give that same level of attention, strategy, and confidence to building my own. One of my biggest goals this year is growing the Confidence On Command Lab into a community where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and inspired. My vision is for this classroom to become more than just a collection of lessons. I want it to be a place where leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, Veterans, and anyone on a journey of personal growth can find practical tools, meaningful conversations, and a community that helps them build lasting confidence and stronger leadership skills. I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to learn more about each of you. Now it's your turn! 👇🦚

HOLA! and Aloha! Myrra Dunnick coming to you right now from Sunny Spain! I stay on Oahu’s leeward coast! Imma sales force leader for Mary Kay cosmetics, with 20+ years with the company and 25+ years of corporate/ organizational leadership skills. I want to re-gain my confidence in coaching my people to have wild amounts of success!
Today, I chose to pause.
After posting… After branding… After taking an exam for a new chapter in Behavioral Health… I stepped away. Not because everything was done, but because I was and for a moment, I let the ocean remind me. You can be building and still breathe. You can be growing and still rest. You can be becoming and still celebrate where you are. So many times, we move straight to the next thing. The next goal. The next task. The next version of ourselves, but today, I honored this version of me. The one who showed up. The one who followed through. The one who is still becoming. This is what balance looks like for me right now. Not perfection. Not pause forever. Just a moment to say, “I’m proud of you.” Crown Reflection: When was the last time you paused long enough to celebrate yourself? Crown Check: Take 10 minutes today, no productivity, no pressure, just presence. You’re allowed to build your life and still enjoy it while you’re in it.
Today, I chose to pause.

Day 2 of 23 Days to Command Your Confidence
Before we get into today’s lesson, I want to say this. In this video, you may hear me stutter. You may hear me slip over my words. I chose not to edit it, not to redo it, and not to hide it. I left it as it is because it came from the heart. I am stretching. I am stepping outside of my comfort zone. I am becoming, and I pray it gives you permission to do the same. Today’s Champion’s Thought is simple. Speak to yourself before the world speaks to you.Too often, we wake up and immediately pour into everything and everyone else. Emails, messages, expectations. We respond before we reflect. We pour out before we pour in, and that is where confidence begins to weaken. Confidence is not built in front of people. It is built in private and revealed in public. You should hear your own voice before the world hears from you. Before you decide, before you lead, before you create, before you scroll, you must anchor your identity. Today’s Identity Assignment is this. Speak life over yourself. I speak life over my business, my creativity, my capacity, and my calling. I trust myself. I honor my growth. I move with confidence today. Say it until your body believes it. Not as affirmation, but as activation. Because you cannot command a room until you learn to command the conversation inside of you. In Relationship Marketing, this is Affirmation Amplification. You cannot pour into others what you refuse to give yourself. People can feel the difference between a grounded leader and a depleted one. Today’s action step is simple. Record a short voice note speaking life over yourself. Ten to twenty seconds. No perfection. Only truth. I’ll see you for Day 3. We’re just getting started.

Let's talk about Peacocking🦚
In the dating world, peacocking is when someone shows up bold, expressive, and unapologetically visible to attract attention, but in this Lab, we are going deeper. For me, peacocking is not about performance. It is about presence. It is how you show up in a room before you ever say a word. It is the energy you carry when you are fully aligned with who you are. When I lost my hair and chose to walk fully in my baldness on January 25, 2019, I did not just change my appearance. I stepped into my identity and the peacock became personal. Peacocks do not ask for permission to be seen. They do not shrink. They do not dim. They expand. They embody power, confidence, presence, and divine uniqueness and that is what I teach. Not performance. Not pretending. Embodied confidence. When you are clear on who you are, you do not have to chase attention. You command the room! Let’s bring this into the Lab... Drop in the comments: What makes you stand out naturally? Where have you been shrinking instead of showing up fully? What would it look like for you to peacock in your leadership? This is your winning season and in this space, we do not hide. We unveil the crown! Own your story. Shift the energy. Command the room.
