These kinds of classes/lessons are so important! I love that you mention major life transitions because I think so many do not understand that what they are feeling during major life transitions may actually be grief. I think many people think of grief as something that happens when you lose a person and do not realize that grief happens over missing things you once had or leaving something you loved.
