If you're a funnel builder, here's how you can capitalize on Black Friday and Q4. Most coaches, consultants and course creators are busier than usual around this time. But all of them would benefit from having an amazing Black Friday offer. They'd get huge cash injections by launching an offer to their audience. Problem is they don't have the time to create everything themselves. So you step in and help them prep the launch ahead of time. I do this every year around the same time. Sometimes before Black Friday, and sometimes before Christmas/New Years. Make a post or reach out to prospects that have shown interest previously. Tell them you're happy to help launch a funnel in time for Black Friday, that can pull in an extra $10k-$100k depending on their audience size. Last year I made $44k during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday week, so I know this works. You can either charge upfront, or ask to just get paid a % of the sales you help them generate. Then build the offer, funnel and emails that go out during the launch week. And if they're not launching anything new, figure out a way to make the offer new instead with additional bonuses etc. A few ways to do that is to add: - 2 day virtual live event to prep for 2026 (that's what I'm doing) - New module where you deep dive on 1 specific skill (also doing this) - New updated templates, scripts, resources (yup, I'm also adding this) You get the point. Now go crush it, and close a few clients. Btw, October was a good month for me with 4 clients at $5k PIF and I just build funnels as a fun side-project these days.
