The regulatory transparency law for cryptocurrencies has failed.
Urgent: CFTC Chair Michael Hsu (formerly Michael Selig) announces the activation of an alternative regulatory pathway for the cryptocurrency market following the failure of the Senate to pass the Clarity Act. Activation of the "Plan B" by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) regarding the cryptocurrency sector in the United States.. 📃 🇺🇸 "The result of yesterday's Senate vote was disappointing. Americans deserve regulatory clarity, legal certainty, and consumer protection in crypto asset markets. President Trump pledged to establish a regulatory framework for the crypto asset market that keeps pace with future challenges—by any means necessary—and we will help him achieve this mission by relying on our existing statutory authority. The United States is, and will remain, the world capital of crypto assets; therefore, the CFTC is resolute and fully prepared to propose its regulatory rules for this new and leading financial field." Is this step a means of pressuring U.S. lawmakers?
It’s been a while since I’ve been active here on Evolve Now Social
I didn’t disappear because I stopped working. Quite the opposite. Over the past few months, I’ve been doing a lot of learning, writing, praying, researching, and figuring out what direction I really want to build in. And two things have become much clearer. The first is LinkedIn ghostwriting. I’m building a ghostwriting service for leadership and management coaches, especially coaches who work with first-time and newer managers. I’m learning how to interview someone, study their voice, find the stories and ideas behind what they do, and turn those into LinkedIn posts that actually sound like them. Right now, I’m getting as much real-world practice as I can and connecting with leadership coaches so I can understand their work and their audiences better. The second direction is The Build Ahead, my Substack publication. The Build Ahead is for women 50+ who are rebuilding financially, spiritually, or personally and wondering, “Where do I go from here?” I write about faith, stewardship, decision-making, starting again later in life, and building forward from where you are now. My phrase for it has become: I’m not starting over. I’m building from here. So that’s where I’ve been. Learning. Writing. Practicing. And trying not to chase every new shiny opportunity that comes along. I’d also love to reconnect with people here. If you’re a leadership coach, management coach, or someone who works with first-time managers, I would especially love to meet you. I’m interested in learning more about what you do, the challenges your clients face, and how you use LinkedIn to reach them. And if we already know each other, say hello. It’s been too long.
