For AI founders, that could be your code, your trained model, your dataset, your brand name, or even your secret sauce workflow in n8n. Think of IP as the invisible assets that make your company valuable—even more than the hardware you run it on. 👉 Intellectual Property Ownership Clause in a Contractor Agreement: “Contractor agrees that all work product, code, models, datasets, documentation, or other materials created in the course of providing services shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company. Curious, but not unexpected development, with one of the data scrapers being taken down. We talked about this in today's Intellectual Property 101 for AI Entrepreneurs legal masterclass. This goes back to your AI tools need to comply with the terms of service/use for your providers/vendors. I think the particular scraper in the image was scraping LinkedIn data. This is going to affect lead generation services. Your thoughts? Is anybody building lead generation workflows?
