Muneeb Ur rehman

As m very new in whole selling and I work on assignment of contract, which states are best for beginners, should I prefer vacant land or houses in the start and if anyone has serious buyers or sellers or have already has an assigned contract and willing for JV,m happy to contribute. Plz if u have any suggestion or anything which can help others share it.
