I have a guests that wants to cancel after 7 nights in, what’s the best thing to do?

Hey, I’ve seen the video on closing the property on booking.com. I am due to give my properties back on 23rd April 2025. When shall I do 14 days prior bearing in mind I have reservations until then and even after then which I need cancelling…? Any help?

Hey guys! I have a property the landlord has urgently wanted to take back. I have many reservations over the summer. What’s the best way to cancel these reservations on booking.com and Airbnb without them asking me for relocation fees?

If the price labs algorithm is mentioning two nights stay but you have a guest that just want one extra nice day how shall you edit this? Please respond urgently whoever has an idea.

1) I have 3 apartments in the same house all 1 bedroom apartments, what’s the best way to offer them to contractors? I have 1 that sleeps 3, 1 that sleeps 5 and 1 that sleeps 2… what may be the best way? 2) ive had some bad months, so I was wondering is a VA. Good idea for apartments at this moment in time?
