demotivated?
Assalamualaikum, Lately, I've been trying to understand something that I can't quite explain. I don't understand the feeling of suddenly becoming so demotivated. One day, I'm full of energy—multitasking, learning new skills, working on my future, attending lectures, and trying to improve myself in every way I can. Then, all of a sudden, everything changes. For the past two days, I've mostly been lying in bed, sleeping almost the entire day. I haven't been using my phone, checking updates, or replying to people's messages. I've unintentionally ghosted everyone, not because I wanted to, but because I simply didn't have the energy to engage. It's strange because I still care about my goals and the future I'm working toward, but right now, I just don't feel like doing anything. I'm hoping this is just a phase that will pass soon. InshaAllah, I'll regain my energy, motivation, and consistency. Until then, I'm trying to be patient with myself and trust that every phase of life has a purpose. May Allah grant me strength, barakah in my time, and the motivation to continue striving toward my goals. Ameen.

My advice to you is don't chase goals unless you made proper systems for achieving these goals. Agar aap ke apss proper systems nhe hu ge to ap demotivate hu jaye gi, kyu ke insan ki motivation aur feelings same nhe rehti.Agr aap ko idea nhe System kese bnate he to aap youtube pr dekh sakti he, apni habits ko track krna ek proepr schedule banana, journaling karna ye sab ek system he jo ke aap ko end goals tak ponchaye ge.

Me ne apna laptop fix krwane ke lye dia tha us me pani chala gaya tha jis shopkeeper ko me ne dia tha,us ne ek to bhut ziada time lgaya aur us ke baad us ne fix kar ke nhe dia jab me ne wo laptop ek aur bande ko dhikaya aur use me ne kaha ke laptop me ram check kr ke btaye to unho ne kaha 24GB ram he jab ke mere laptop ki ram 32 gb the to jo pichla shopkeeper tha us ne 8gb ram nikal di, To aap ko yehe advice he jab laptop fix krwane jaye ya koye chez bhi unko apne laptop ki specs btaye ya pics waghera le lein taqe esa na hu aap ke sath.

Assalam o Alikum. Aj mujhe subh jaldi uthna tha mere University k test k prep k liye but raat ko late soya tha around 2 bje k baad, to susti k wajah se 9:30 tk utha nashta kya boil eggs, chai. Papa ko aik company k office lekr gaya whn unko payment recieve krni thi. Whn se aya shower kya Quran prha, aur thora bohot aik project pr kaam kr rha tha lekin phir unfortunately usko chhorna para. Namaz k liye gaya jumme k. Dadi k ghar gaya cousin, apne chacha se batein ki. ghar akr khana khaya FAST University k Full Length Paper kkiye 41 marks aye. Phir Asr k lye gaya. Namaz prh kr FLP mein jo ghltiyaan hui thein unko note down kya aur phir chai waghaira pi mama papa k pas betha. MAghrib k baad Haroon bhai k video dekhi. Community kafi time se joined hai lekin wohi parhayi ki wajah se nhi kr skta tha but ab khud se wada kya hai k har roz 1-1.5 ghanta burnout hone k jagah khud ko manzil k taraf barhne k koshish krwao.
