Daily Journal 📓 🎯 90-Day Goal: Give my 100% best in final degree exams, build discipline, offer prayers on time, and live a productive, accountable life — during and after exams. 🌱 Reminder: Allah loves consistency, even if it is small. Use difficulty as training, not an excuse. “Indeed, Allah does not waste the reward of those who do good.” (Qur’an 9:120) ⏰ Timeline of the Day 6:00 AM → 7:30 AM Woke up early Got ready for intercity travel Reached bus terminal 7:30 AM → 11:00 AM Travel to destination city Quiet reflection during journey 11:00 AM → 1:00 PM Reached destination Took rest Had lunch Dhuhr prayer around 1:00 PM 1:00 PM → Late Afternoon 📚 Study Session 1 (Final exam preparation) Late Afternoon 🚶‍♀️ 20–30 minute walk (by car) Prayer afterward Evening → 8:00 PM 📚 Study Session 2 (Focused revision) 8:00 PM → 11:00 PM Light walk Dinner Watched a movie Night prayer Slept at 11:00 PM 🕌 Namaz Log Alhamdulillah, prayers were offered on time as managed during travel Renewed intention to stay consistent daily 🥘 Meals ❌ Breakfast skipped 🍛 Lunch — 12:00 PM ☕ One cup of chai 🍽 Dinner — 8:30 PM ❌ No snacks 💡 Wins of the Day Started final exam preparation seriously Returned safely to my city Restarted on-time prayers Chose discipline over distraction 📌 Tasks for Next Day Revise today’s study topics Wake up early & plan study blocks Improve meal timing Maintain prayer consistency 🌙 Reflection & Gratitude Today marks a new beginning. This exam phase is not a pause in life — it is training for discipline and accountability. If I can stay focused now, I will be unstoppable later, InshaAllah. I am grateful for clarity, safety, and the chance to reset my intentions for the year.

Behavior Change Starts Small
A powerful and practical lesson from Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg: 🌱 Behavior Change Starts Small Lesson: If you want lasting change, make the habit so small that it feels almost too easy to fail. BJ Fogg explains that success in habit-building doesn’t come from motivation or willpower. Instead, it comes from starting tiny—actions that require very little effort but are done consistently. For example, instead of committing to 30 minutes of exercise, start with one push-up. Instead of reading a chapter, read one page. Why this works: . Tiny habits remove resistance . Consistency builds identity . Small wins rewire your brain for success Once a habit becomes automatic, it naturally grows bigger over time. The key is not intensity, but repetition. 📌 Fogg’s Formula: Behavior = Motivation × Ability × Prompt When ability is high (habit is easy), you don’t need high motivation.
