We are officially kicking off our Step Bet challenge!! This is all about staying consistent, getting outside, and holding ourselves accountable together this summer instead of slipping into “I’ll start Monday” energy. We start June 1st with a little grace week before we go all in after that! Here’s the goal: Move your body daily, hit your steps, and show up for yourself even when you don’t feel like it. SUMMER SMASH at 1st Phorm headquarters! How I will be getting ready for it and I will be posting everything we do there so it’s like your there with me!

Took a little break from my phone yesterday!!! It was much needed and I believe we all need to step away sometimes it is good for the soul! Do to the rain and lighting we didn’t have any folks join us for the flower walk and that’s totally ok! I always say rain or shine just in case someone ones to bare the rain with us :) Brady and I still went out in the rain and did the flower walk and not gonna lie I think that it made it even more memorable! Even though it was raining we still showed up and had a really good time! He did end up getting called out because well duty calls! Then we went to a wedding and made it back last night so we could go to church this morning! Picture of the book is a book our church was giving out and it’s really moving I’ve heard! and then to my siblings bday party! Overall a beautiful beautiful weekend! Ok enough about my weekend!
