@Arman Harutyunyan Oh, I began to use the term only to warn clients at first sight of the difference with cel or frame by frame animation. I found sometimes they want to hire frame by frame 2d animator but contacted with me (and I'm not the best drawing inbetweens π ). Also I've seen other 2d animator using terms like "puppet" animator or "skeletal" animator
