Cold & Flu Season Hack: Thymosin Alpha 1 💪🦠
Getting sick every winter? There's a peptide that might help... What is it? 🧬 Thymosin Alpha 1 = your thymus gland's natural immune booster (now available as a synthetic peptide) How it works: ⚡ ✅ T-Cell Enhancement - Boosts production of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells (your immune system's generals and soldiers) ✅ Natural Killer Cell Activation - Directly activates NK cells that hunt down virus-infected cells ✅ Cytokine Production - Increases IL-2, IL-10, IL-12, and interferons (immune signaling molecules) ✅ Antigen Presentation - Makes infected cells more visible to your immune system ✅ Viral Replication Block - Reduces how fast viruses can copy themselves ✅ Vaccine Amplifier - Studies show 40-60% better vaccine responses Real-World Benefits: 📊 🏥 Clinical Trials Show: - 9% lower mortality in sepsis patients - Significant reduction in infection duration - Restored immune function in immunocompromised patients - Enhanced recovery from respiratory infections 💪 Immune System Restoration: - Increases lymphocyte counts in people with low immunity - Helps prevent the immune exhaustion seen in chronic infections - Particularly effective for age-related immune decline 🦠 Infection Fighting: - Used successfully against hepatitis B & C, HIV, pneumonia - Reduces chemotherapy-induced immune suppression - Helps fight fungal and bacterial infections too Dosing: 💉 - 1.6mg injection, 2x per week - Start before flu season hits - Prescription required Perfect for: 🎯 - People over 60 - Healthcare workers - Anyone who gets sick often - Those with health conditions Side effects: ⚠️ Minimal - just some injection site irritation Bottom line: Cold and flu season doesn't have to wreck you. @Mary Shafer I would still be cautious and only take thymosin alpha 1 when your sick or feeling sick because an immune system that’s overactivated could lead to autoimmune reactions like fevers, body aches, etc.
CJC No DAC/Ipamorelin 5/5mg
I want to start this blend at 300 mcg and eventually go up, but would that be 150 mcg each because it's 5/5 mg? I also want to just take it once a day. Would there be a big difference in injecting twice a day, as I would rather not?

Yes, that would be the case if the blend you got is 5/5. When many people inject growth hormone peptides, exogenous or secretagogue, they inject before going to sleep. Some people do it more then once, but your biggest surge of growth hormone happens when you sleep, which is why sleep is so important for recovery. Also if you’re only wanting to inject once a day, I don’t see why you’d get no dac over dac, because dac has a much longer half life of 8 days compared to no dac with like a couple of hours. There probably wouldn’t be a noticable difference; infact sometimes injecting growth hormone peptides makes people more sleepy.
Hoping to get get guidance
I’m currently on Klow 5 days on, 2 days off for 6 weeks then 3 weeks off. 10 units I’m also on Reta 50 units weekly I just got Tesamorelin 5mg and wondering how much bac water I should use to reconstitute. Whats the dose? I read twice a week for 8 weeks and then 8 weeks off. Can anyone confirm? I’ve been reading mixed reviews or many people that have 10mg vs 5mg I also have NAD that I wanted to try. I reconstituted with 3ML of bac water. Does anyone have the protocol for this? Last question- are these all good to stack together? Thanks so much for all your help!

For 5mg of tesamorelin, reconstitute it with 500 microliters of bacteriostatic water. (This makes it so every 10 units on your syringe is 1 mg, just for reference. You could also do 1 milliliter which makes every 10 units 500 micrograms of tesamorelin). You don’t have to cycle growth hormone peptides, only would recommend it if it’s exogenous growth hormone, but gh secretagogues and analogs are typically more mild then exogenous gh. (What I mean is you could take it indefinitely, but there wouldn’t really be a point to if you do end up reaching your goal) Mind sharing the amount of NAD in milligrams in the vial?

Also for tesamorelin dosing it’s 1-2 mg daily.
Reta-Cagri blend
What would be the dosage for the Reta and cagri blend from simple peptide 12.5/2.5. Been taking 6 mg of Reta but I’d like to know what would be the dosage from that blend.

Are you still wanting to take 6 milligrams of retatrutide? Or are you wanting a different dose with cagrilintide in the equation?

@Jonathan Rivas Well I don’t think the 12.5/2.5 blend is in your best interest because usually people take 500 micrograms of cagrilintide and if you were to reconstitute it with any amount (say 1.5 milliliters BAC), then you’re only getting 2.5 milligrams of retatrutide. It would make more sense to buy them individually.
Bac water
I did not refrigerate my bac water. Opened it Sept 2. Can I still use it? There is a ton in there and don’t really want to throw it away if I don’t have to! Thank you!

Yes, you can still use it. Guideline for bacteriostatic water after opening it is ~30 days, but some people use it for way longer with no issues.
