@Dan Robert Yeah I also knew about promissory notes to help me with passive income, but forgot about it due to family blind sided ignorance. “When your family changes you change,” that message came from an youtube entrepreneur. Back to promissory notes I could of did that easy, but still can but choose to wait at the moment.
@Dan Robert -Not at the moment, tell me some of your plans in real estate, I plan on staying doing business in illinois for the moment, also touching on virtual real estate, $1,500 app is being updated for A2P, will be ready about two weeks to slam down on deals, website should be available soon, 4k additional for nationwide, etc.
@Dan Robert Doing things in real estate that qualifies a business plan, I’m focusing on some wholesale properties supposedly first, illinois foreclosures auction second, everything else is promissory notes, commercial adverse possession, distress properties, tax lien & deed auction.
@Jay Cox Hello Cox, I seen & heard a lot of the real estate business. Which passive income would make you satisfied at the moment? Fix & flip, paper money contracts, promissory notes, VA, commercial real estate charity raising, etc., -Got to find the right niche
Hello everyone my name is Mario, I just joined the group and eager to learn I’m very excited to start flipping houses. I may have a lot of questions later.

I'm now focused on using my time more efficiently, even though some setbacks were simply unavoidable.
