Stop memorizing Excel formulas. Start directing Artificial Intelligence.
For decades, being "good at Excel" meant memorizing endless formulas, obscure arguments, nested IFs, VLOOKUPs, and complicated VBA syntax. That skillset served us well. But the workplace has changed. Today, the most valuable Excel professionals aren't the ones who remember every function—they're the ones who know how to combine Excel with AI to solve business problems faster, cleaner, and more intelligently. That realization inspired me to write my new book: 📘 AI FOR EXCEL UNLEASHED Master ChatGPT, Copilot & Dynamic Formulas to Automate Spreadsheets, Dashboards & VBA Macros This isn't another Excel formula reference. It's a practical guide for professionals who want to spend less time fighting spreadsheets and more time making better decisions. Inside the book, you'll learn how to: ✅ Generate complex Excel formulas using AI ✅ Replace outdated VLOOKUPs with modern dynamic arrays ✅ Clean messy ERP exports and real-world datasets ✅ Build executive dashboards that tell compelling stories ✅ Automate repetitive Excel workflows with AI-assisted VBA ✅ Apply the R.C.T.O.V. Framework to create reliable, reusable AI prompts for spreadsheet tasks But Now - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HB72CM8P Bonus Resources 📌 50+ Copy-Paste AI Prompt Cheat Sheet 📌 Downloadable practice workbooks 📌 Real-world business examples Whether you're a Financial Analyst, Accountant, HR Professional, Data Analyst, Business Owner, Operations Manager, or someone who works with Excel every day, this book is designed to help you work smarter—not harder. One idea stayed with me throughout the writing process: • The future belongs to professionals who can ask better questions—not just remember more formulas. I'm excited to share this book with the LinkedIn community and would genuinely appreciate your feedback after you've had a chance to read it. Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey. #ArtificialIntelligence

The Future Belongs to People Who Know How to Direct AI, Not Just Use It
A year ago, most people were asking: "Will AI replace jobs?" Today, I think the more important question is: "Will people who use AI effectively outperform everyone else?" We're already seeing the answer. The gap isn't between humans and AI. The gap is between people who have learned to leverage AI and those who haven't. The professionals gaining the biggest advantage right now aren't necessarily the smartest in the room. They're the ones who know how to: • Turn AI into a daily productivity system • Save hours on repetitive work • Generate better ideas faster • Improve communication and decision-making • Build workflows that compound over time What fascinates me most is that we're still incredibly early. Most people are experimenting with prompts. Very few are building repeatable systems. That's why I've spent a lot of time studying how professionals can move beyond random AI usage and start using it as a genuine competitive advantage. If your goal is to stay relevant, work smarter, and get ahead of the curve instead of chasing it, now is probably the best time to start learning. The future won't belong to the people who simply have access to AI. It will belong to the people who know how to direct it, evaluate it, and turn it into real-world results. What's one task you wish AI could reliably take off your plate today?

🚀 If you're serious about AI, don't stop at prompts. The real opportunity is learning how production-grade AI systems are actually built—scalable LLM applications, intelligent agents, RAG pipelines, AI infrastructure, orchestration, evaluation, and deployment. Most people are experimenting with AI. A smaller group is building with AI. And an even smaller group is learning how to build AI systems that can operate reliably at scale. That's the gap this book is designed to help bridge. 📘 Production AI Engineering: Building Scalable LLM Applications, Intelligent Systems, and AI Infrastructure If you want to understand what comes after prompt engineering and how modern AI products are engineered in the real world, this may be a valuable read. 🔗 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0H1MBHX71 I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback if you decide to check it out.
Most People Are Preparing for the Wrong Future
A surprising number of professionals are asking: "Will AI take my job?" But that question misses the point. The people who thrive in the next decade won't be the ones who can predict every new technology. They'll be the ones who can adapt faster than technology changes. Think about it: Software changes. Platforms change. Tools change. Industries change. But some skills become more valuable every year: ✓ Judgment ✓ Creativity ✓ Taste ✓ Trust ✓ Adaptability AI can generate. AI can analyze. AI can automate. But AI still needs humans to decide: What matters? What is worth building? What should be ignored? The future isn't Human vs AI. The future is Human + AI. If you could strengthen only ONE skill over the next 12 months, which would create the biggest advantage for you? Judgment Creativity Communication Adaptability Technical AI Skills Comment with your choice and explain why.
Looking for Honest Feedback – My Book Is Free to Read Right Now
Hey everyone, I have a small favor to ask this amazing community. Over the last few months, I've been deeply exploring the intersection of AI, productivity, knowledge management, and personal focus. That journey led me to write a book called "The Quiet Mind: How to Build an AI-Powered Second Brain, Eliminate Cognitive Overload, and Reclaim Focus in a Distracted World." The book is currently available to read for FREE, and I'd love to get honest feedback from fellow entrepreneurs, creators, AI enthusiasts, and knowledge workers. This isn't a book about working harder. It's about: • Managing information overload • Building a reliable second brain • Using AI as a thinking partner instead of a distraction • Reducing mental clutter and decision fatigue • Creating systems that help you stay focused and organized I wrote this book to solve a problem I personally struggled with: having too many ideas, too many notes, too many tools, and not enough clarity. If you're interested, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could: ✅ Read the book ✅ Share your honest opinion ✅ Tell me what you liked ✅ Tell me what could be improved ✅ Leave a review if you feel it's worth it I'm not looking for praise. I'm looking for real feedback that can help me become a better author and create better books in the future. One thing you think I should improve Every piece of feedback will be read personally. Thank you for your time and support. I genuinely appreciate it. — Mr. Biswas 📚🤖✨
