10/10 Portal ✨
Hi Everyone! 👋 I'm just curious what all my spiritual sisters are doing ritual wise on this very special day! ✨

Energy is Currency
Money isn't the only currency you spend every day. Your attention, your focus, your physical vitality, and your emotional bandwidth are all forms of energy-and they are far more valuable than dollars. You can always make more money. You cannot manufacture more life force. Think of your energy as a bank account. Every thought, every conversation, every habit is a transaction. Some deposits strengthen you-good food, deep sleep, nature, movement, aligned relationships. Some withdrawals drain you-overthinking, toxic dynamics, rushing, saying yes when your soul says no. The balance is always shifting, and the numbers never lie. The trouble is, we often live like energy is limitless. We overspend on stress, comparison, and people-pleasing, then wonder why we feel bankrupt by noon. But just like money, energy rewards awareness. When you track where your power goes, you start to invest instead of leak. Investing energy looks like grounding before the day begins, choosing nourishing meals, speaking your truth, and carving space for silence. It's protecting your boundaries without apology. It's remembering that rest is not a luxury-it's a deposit. Ask yourself today: Where is my energy account in deficit? What deposits can I make right now? The shift starts with noticing. Spend with intention. Save for what matters. Invest in what grows you. Your energy is your true wealth-guard it, grow it, and let it flow where it creates the richest returns.

Reiki: Healing Power of Universal Energy
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works with the natural life force flowing through all living things. Originating in Japan, the word Reiki means "universal life energy." During a Reiki session, a practitioner channels this energy through their hands— either lightly touching or hovering just above the body-to help release blockages, restore balance, and support the body's natural ability to heal. Unlike massage or physical therapy, Reiki isn't about manipulating muscles or tissues. It works on a deeper, energetic level-calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and creating a sense of peace and clarity. Many people describe it as a warm, soothing sensation or a deep state of relaxation, like a reset for the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki isn't tied to any specific religion or belief system. You don't have to "believe" in it for it to work-it simply supports your own energy in returning to harmony. Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, or just craving a moment of grounding in a busy world, Reiki offers a space to pause, receive, and realign.

Feng Shui: Energy of Your Home
Your home is more than just four walls and a roof-it's a living, breathing reflection of your inner world. The energy within your space either nourishes you or drains you. Feng Shui, the ancient Chinese art of arranging spaces for harmony, gives us practical ways to shift that energy so our environment supports our goals, well-being, and overall flow. Here's how to start working with the energy of your home: 1. Clear the Clutter Energy, or chi, needs space to move. Clutter traps it, creating stagnation that can leave you feeling heavy, anxious, or stuck. Begin with the areas you use every day-your entryway, kitchen counters, and bedroom. Let go of what no longer serves you, and notice how much lighter you feel as the energy starts to circulate. 2. Mind Your Entryway Your front door is called the "mouth of chi" because it's where energy enters your home. Keep this space clean, well-lit, and welcoming. A clear path to your door invites opportunity and fresh energy into your life. 3. Balance the Elements Feng Shui works with five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Each element brings a unique quality-growth, passion, stability, clarity, and flow. Look around your rooms and notice what's missing. A plant (wood) for vitality, a candle (fire) for inspiration, a stone bowl (earth) for grounding —small additions create big shifts. 4. Place with Intention The position of your furniture affects how you feel in a space. In key areas like your bedroom or office, aim for the "command position," where you can see the door without being directly in line with it. This subtle change fosters a sense of security and empowerment. 5. Let Nature In Fresh air, natural light, and living plants all raise the vibration of your home. Open windows daily, even for a few minutes. Add a few thriving plants to enhance vitality and bring a sense of growth and abundance. 6. Anchor Your Intentions Feng Shui isn't just about aesthetics-it's about aligning your space with your desires.

Here's a check list if anyone wants to do a walk through of their home in prep for the new season 🥰
The Power of Yet
How often do you catch yourself saying-can't do this... I'm not good at that... It's Impossible? What if the shift isn't about erasing those thoughts but adding one simple word: yet. "I can't do this—yet." "I'm not good at that—yet." "It feels impossible-yet." That tiny word changes everything. It softens the edges of defeat and invites possibility. It turns a closed door into one that's cracked open, just enough for light to come through. "Yet" doesn't deny where you are - it honours it, while holding space for where you can go. When we embrace yet, we stop defining ourselves by limitations and start living in the realm of growth. It reminds us that skill, strength, healing, and wisdom are not fixed— they're cultivated. Step by step. Breath by breath. So the next time you bump into resistance, frustration, or self-doubt, pause. Add "yet." Feel the shift. Yet is the bridge between where you stand and where you're destined to go.
