Where do I find the credit Bureau addresses

So I received my response from Equifax to clean up my personal information and they removed everything except my phone number so do I let my phone number stay on there or do I file a complaint next?

I am in the personal information clean up phase and I just received a letter from Teletrack in regards to the Security Freeze I requested its says the name I provided on your previous correspondence does not match the proof of address we received……….is the legit do I send them the Documentation they are asking for
