🚨 NEW: I Just Open-Sourced the Skill That Closed a Deal in 49 Minutes
I need to tell you what happened on April 7th. At 4:18 PM I got an email from a machinery seller. He needed a Conestoga LTL quote for his customer. Load details, weight, dimensions, origin, destination. Normal day. Normal email. Except this time — instead of opening a Word document — I asked Claude to build me a skill. Right then. During the actual email thread. At 4:44 PM I sent the customer a branded PDF freight quote. Professional. Full terms. Cargo insurance clause. Payment terms. Signature block. All of it. At 5:07 PM I had a signed purchase order in my inbox. 🕒 49 minutes. Cold email to closed deal. And then I packaged the skill and put it on GitHub for FREE so you can use it too. ───────────────────────────── 🎁 WHAT I'M GIVING YOU ───────────────────────────── A 3-skill pack. Free. On GitHub. Install in under 3 minutes. ✅ Skill 1 — Freight Quote PDF Generator Say "quote this load" → branded PDF in 10 seconds Full terms, cargo insurance clause, signature block Auto-pulls your brokerage name, MC#, colors, contact info ✅ Skill 2 — Carrier Incident Report Carrier goes dark, misses appointment, damages freight → Claude documents everything and drafts your carrier email AND your customer email. Automatically. ✅ Skill 3 — RFQ Email Scanner Connects to your Gmail → finds every rate request → extracts the load details → drafts your replies You add the rate. You hit send. That's it. 👉 Download it free: github.com/millisa09/freight-quote-claude-skills ───────────────────────────── 💡 WHY IT CLOSED FASTER THAN USUAL ───────────────────────────── This is the part I want you to really sit with. I've been quoting freight for 26 years. I quote fast. I always have. That wasn't the difference. The difference was that this time my quote looked like a legal document. Payment terms — in writing. No conversation needed. Cargo insurance — stated clearly. Shipper knows their obligation. Carrier selection — covered professionally.

Day 1 — March 17, 2026 — I Finally Stopped Procrastinating
I have been doing cold calls my whole life. 26 years in sales. And somehow I still found a way to keep putting this off. Today was the day I stopped. I jumped on the phone, hit my CRM, and here is what Day 1 looked like: - 28 leads loaded - 21 outbound calls made - 17 emails sent - WhatsApp outreach running through my CRM I called Eric. He didn't answer. So I left a voicemail, sent an email, sent a Loom demo, and hit him on WhatsApp — all from one place. My opener? "I automate what you hate in business." Then I ask one question — what do you hate doing in your business right now? That question does all the work. I also want to share something this community helped me build — warmed up email domains through n8n so I can start Week 1 at 5 emails a day and scale to 40+ without hitting spam. Seven domains warming right now. This community will push me further faster than I would have gone alone. Accountability is everything — and I am proof that even the most experienced person in the room still needs a community to get off the starting line. If you are sitting on your idea right now — today is your day too. Loom video here 👉 https://www.loom.com/share/bced8e8e91134fada5d65f465113b86a What would you like to build first? Email Machine? AI Voice Agents?

@Millisa Nwokolo, I agree with Erica! Also, I am receiving a lot of loads from a shipper because it is peak season for a product but I have problems finding carriers to move the loads.
